Part-time show and special event staff:

No experience needed, we will provide paid training to the right candidates. Candidate must be very customer service oriented and work well with others. Candidate most be very energetic, enthusiastic, and always represent the company in a positive manner at all times. We will provide paid training to the right candidates. Position involves retail sales, greeting clients that wish to meet with outside sales staff or management, and representing the company at home & garden show booths, wine festivals, county fairs, and other special events. Pay is open to discussion. Generally, pay is based on qualifications, experience, and time of service with the company. Potential for advancement to future outside sales, office staff, and management positions in the future.  Candidate must have  reliable transportation.

Sub-Contractor / Lead Carpenter:
Minimum of five years industry specific experience in deck and porch construction is required. Candidate must take great pride in their work and pay attention to details. Candidate must be very customer service oriented, work well with others, and always represent the company in a positive manner at all times. Candidate must have a good understanding of structural elements of deck and porch construction, be able to read plans, be able to do take offs when needed, and maintain a orderly and safe job site at all times. Candidate must hold a current MHIC sub-contractor or contractor license and have his / her own tools and reliable transportation. Pay is open to discussion. Generally, pay is based on qualifications, experience, and time of service with the company. Potential for advancement to future outside sales, office staff, and management positions in the future.

Carpenters helper / Installer :
Part time and full time positions. Experience in deck and porch construction is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates. Candidate should have his / her own tools and reliable transportation, but other arrangements could be made.  Candidate must be very customer service oriented, work well with others, and always represent the company in a positive manner at all times. Position involves deck and porch construction, deck cleaning & sealing, residential mailbox installation,  low voltage lighting installation, material returns to suppliers, some local deliveries, and other assorted duties. Pay is open to discussion. Generally, pay is based on qualifications, experience, and time of service with the company. Potential for advancement to future outside sales, office staff, and management positions in the future.

No sales experience needed, will train the right person.  Candidate most be very customer service oriented and work well with others. No high pressure or gimmicky sales techniques.  Position involves residential home improvements sales in clients homes.  Securing MHIC salesperson license after hiring is required. We can help the right candidate study for the exam. Pay is open to discussion. Generally, pay is based on qualifications, experience, and time of service with the company. Potential for advancement to future outside sales, office staff, and management positions in the future. This position, pay is also based on salary and commissions. Candidate must have reliable transportation.
