The Damascus Emergency Preparedness
Team is very proud to announce the third annual Emergency Preparedness & Safety
Fair will be held on May 10, 2008 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Damascus
Volunteer Fire Departments Activities Center on Lewis Drive in Damascus
Maryland. This special event is free to the public! I'm on the planning board
and working hard to make this a great event for everyone. I hope to see everyone

I have also been involved in the Good
heart program. The Purpose of the Good heart Program is to organize
places of worship, local community service clubs such as Lions and
Rotary, and neighborhood associations to better prepare and serve
their memberships and neighborhoods in the event of an emergency.
